The Seaforth Scholar Award was introduced in 2021 to increase representation and social mobility within the real estate industry. We are delighted to announce that we are seeking applicants for the 2023 bursary.

Having grown the amount of applicants by 4X since its inception, Seaforth Scholar's aim is to make the built environment more accessible for the people of London, and ultimately the UK.

The award size is £5,000 which can be spent on anything towards the cost of education including tuition fees and books. Applications close Friday 1st September 2023 and we will look to award the bursary during the first week in October 2023.

Previous winners Queren and Wumi have also completed internships at Seaforth and gone on to study real estate at university, travel the world as well as take further internships at other real estate companies such as Savills.

Past winner Wumi says, "I believe the greatest gift you can give someone is the power to chase their dreams. I am honoured and grateful to be the recipient of the 2022 Seaforth Scholarship and I promise to make the most of this opportunity and work hard to reach my full potential. This scholarship will be an investment not only in myself but also in others.”
